Please be informed that Condo Properties outsources this service and have made them aware of the problem. They will be mailing out a new statement. If you happen to get both, please disregard the other. These statements are intended to be a reminder and convenience to pay your monthly dues. In the future, if you dont receive or misplace the statement, you can mail your check seperately (with name and unit number on check). The dues are due on the first (1st) of each month and delinquent after the fifteenth (15th). We will give a grace period for this month. We appologize for any inconveneince this has caused.
